What changes

Existing buildings must be read before they are redrawn

Old drawings rarely tell the whole truth. We open up selected areas, survey the structure and trace existing services before fixing the scope. That evidence protects the design and the budget from avoidable assumptions.

The aim is not to erase age. We retain elements with character and remaining life, repair them honestly and make new work legible without letting it overwhelm the original building.
